Our principal activity is to provide telecommunications software, applications, systems, solutions, products and services (“Services”). In this privacy policy, “we” “us” and “our” mean Sea-Net Global LLC and “you” and “your” means the person accessing our websites and Services. This privacy policy provides you with details about the personal information we collect from you, how we use your personal information and your rights to control personal information we hold about you. 1. SeanetVoice Access
You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc. or “load testers” such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the SeanetVoice servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a SeanetVoice application, and you are forbidden from ripping the content unless specifically allowed.

 

2. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SeanetVoice, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the SeanetVoice Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your Status Submissions caused damage to a third party.

3. Collection and Use of Information

When you contract with us or otherwise contact us regarding any of our Services, the information you provide to us will be stored and used to help in the process of providing our Services. Such information includes names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit and debit card details and is used for such purposes as:

  • Provisioning of our Services
  • Identifying customers when they contact us with a query
  • Customer support
  • Maintaining call records
  • Identifying customer preferences so that we can give recommendations about other products and services offered by us and our carefully selected business partners that may be of interest
  • Customer registration and administration
  • Billing and account administration

  • Administration and management of our business systems

To download and install SeanetVoice App, you have to provide us with your phone number so that we can access your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers and names in your mobile device’s address book is kept on our servers and is used by us for the following purposes:

  • To notify you when any of your contacts download and install the SeanetVoice App
  • To show contacts who are SeanetVoiceApp users
  • To display contact names when you receive a call via the SeanetVoice App

Your details may need to be passed to other service providers in order for us to provide our Services to you.

We may disclose information to third parties that we retain to analyse aggregated anonymous statistical information about your use of our Services.
Personal information may also be disclosed in connection with a sale, transfer or reorganization of any of our businesses, in which case we will require that personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with this privacy policy or as otherwise permitted by law.

We collect personal information that you volunteer while using our Services. We do not collect or use personal information for any purpose other than that indicated in this privacy policy. Should we wish to use your personal information for a new purpose, we shall first contact you and seek your consent to this new purpose.

We may share your personal information with other companies in the Sea-Net Global LLC or with other carefully selected organizations with which we have a trusted business relationship. We may use your personal information to provide you with promotional information about new and other products and services offered by us and organizations with which we have a trusted business relationship. 4. Payments

SeanetVoice makes use of the services of third parties to process customer’s payments and it is required that these third parties take the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to comply with relevant laws.

5. Analytic Information

We use third-party analytic tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, SeanetVoice app screens you access, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytic information with analytic information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user. 6. International transfers of your personal data

We may, for the purposes of providing our services, transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
We may transfer, process and store data within our group companies with establishments in US or any other country in which SeanetVoice or its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers or agents maintain facilities. We may also transfer, process and store data in any other country where our suppliers maintain facilities. Transfers to each of these countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and Corporate Binding Rules.

In any case, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old as the SeanetVoice Service is not intended for children under 16 (in certain countries under the age of 13) years of age. If you are under 16 years of age (in certain countries under the age of 13) years of age, you are not permitted to use the SeanetVoice Service. You further represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to Government embargo, or that has been designated by the Government as a” terrorist-supporting” country.

10. Third Party Websites

Our privacy policy applies only to the personal information that we collect and we cannot be responsible for personal information that third parties may collect, store and use through their websites, products and services. Our Services and websites may include links to third party websites, products and services. We do not represent or warrant that any information or material that may be obtained through any link from us is accurate, complete or current. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of relying upon such information or material. Information and material contained in any third party website, products and services is outside our control and will be subject to third party intellectual property rights, separate terms of use and policies covering data use and privacy. You are strongly recommended to read applicable terms and policies before using any third party website, products or services.

11. Access to the personal information:

If you want to know what personal information we are holding on you then you can ask us by emailing us at support@seanetvoice.com. We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal information which we keep about you within a week but we may require proof of your identity before disclosing personal information. We reserve our right to charge an administration fee to cover our costs in providing such information to you.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a copy of your personal information, but will give reasons for our refusal. Reading and accepting this agreement you allow us to contact you via email.

12. Data retention

Collected personal data is kept for as long as it’s needed for us (however no longer than  24 months after your account was closed) unless we are legally required to keep the data in our records for a longer period. When SeanetVoice saves data for other purposes than contractual obligations (for example to fulfill book keeping requirements or requirements to keep records of phone calls for lawful intercept) we only keep the data for as long as it’s necessary and legal for each purpose.

13. Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

If you register with SeanetVoice app, you authorize SeanetVoice to use the information you provide in order to personalize the information we deliver to you and to use your demographic information when calculating aggregate customer data.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy according to legal requirements or service updates, with or without notice.
